one of my younger sisters taught vbs this year and asked us to help with the graduation gifts. it was quite fun-- spending an afternoon on arts and crafts with these lovely ladies.


since we were making diy photo frames, we spread out the popsicle sticks.


over newspaper, over grass. just in case we made a mess.


and then we sprayed the popsicle sticks with gold spray paint.


what a beautiful color! since it was hot out, the popsicle sticks dried quickly.


then we glued and glue gunned the popsicle sticks to make frames.



there was an assembly line of gluers, stampers, and hand writers.



and before we knew it, everything was finished!


we really should do this more often! ♥
