this weekend, my church hosted its women's holiday tea. it was an afternoon filled with sweet fellowship as i got to know my sisters in Christ better. i am humbled by their dedication and zeal for the Lord-- and their love for others as well! ♥


i wasn't planning to go until one of the sisters encouraged me to come,


and i am so thankful that she did!


it hasn't been the easiest transition for me, but i praise the Lord that His purpose prevails.


it was apparent that these ladies put so much energy and effort into making this a fantastic tea,


some came hours before the event just to set up and make the delicious treats!


it was also a nice time of listening, sharing, and singing with one another.
