here's a cool, refreshing treat for a hot summer day-- mini fillo shells! i threw the shells into the oven for a few minutes until it turned a nice golden brown. then i stuffed it. it's that simple.

mini fillo shells with salsa; pre-baked mini fillo shells, sour cream, tomatoes, persian cucumbers, limes, onions, cilantro, salt, pepper.
