look what opened up across town--umami burger! it was the perfect place to go on a lovely night out and it certainly did not disappoint. loved everything about this place! ♥


the minimalist decor worked wonderfully with the bright lighting,


and everything on the menu sounded delicious! and to top it off, the waiter was quite engaging and so much fun-- excellent customer service on his part.


here are the ones we ordered, but next time i'd love to try the other burgers!

umami burger; shiitake mushroom, caramelized onions, slow-roasted tomato, parmesan crisp, umami ketchup. manly burger; beer-cheddar cheese, smoked-salt onion strings, bacon lardons, umami ketchup, mustard spread. port & stilton burger; blue cheese, port-caramelized onions.
