we decided to eat in and enjoy the comfort of a warm apartment. but before that, we stopped by mitsuwa to pick up some ingredients. this cute japanese market had everything we needed!
after that, it wasn't long before the ingredients went in to cook.
hot pot; thinly sliced meats, fish cakes, fish balls, medium firm tofu, soft tofu, napa cabbage, surimi seafood mixed with tofu, mochi kinchaku, enoki mushrooms, noodles, chicken broth, fish paste.
