it was nice to visit pepperdine with my sisters this weekend. ♥ it's been eight years since i've visited this beautiful campus, but it was just as lovely as i remembered it. it was a day full of adventures and fun in the sun-- but at the same time it was a time of catching up and relaxing in malibu.


thanks to my younger sister for her hospitality during this visit. i really appreciate her generosity in treating us to lunch at the cafeteria-- especially since lunch here is priced per item.



i never thought i would say this, but i sort of miss dorm food.



we also explored campus-- everything from the dorms to the library.


and it was nice to also visit the campus museum. art! ♥


then we also had time for an impromptu trip down to the beach.


so nice to just chill out and feel the sand between my toes.


afterward, we picked up dinner at marmalade cafe,




and ended the night off with thai tea and purple yam ice cream! yayy!
