last month, i made pasta salad for the first time. and those that tried it seemed to like it, so i thought i'd share the recipe. it's simple to make and exact measurements aren't needed (i always see measurements as more of a suggestion anyway).
here's what you'll need for the dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ cup milk or as needed, salt, pepper.
for the toppings i used broccoli, tomatoes, onions, celery, craisins, sliced almonds, and bacon. basically, just put whatever you feel like eating. but bacon is a definite must.
after all the prep work, coat the pasta with the dressing,
then dump all the ingredients in and mix it together.
and chill it in the fridge until it's ready to serve!
