some friends and i made the trip back to our alma mater, the beautiful and ever changing bruinland. luckily, we had the chance to wander about the new pauley pavilion and hang out for a bit. since it was my first time visiting in a few years, i was quite excited to see it in person.


and on a side note, praise the Lord! during my visit, the camera strap inexplicably snapped off and the d7100 face planted on the floor (that was ten minutes after i had a conversation with a guy about how painful it is when someone drops your camera). in slow motion i felt the strap slip from my shoulders and watched as glass broke around me. thank the Lord it was only the filter. an expensive filter, but cheap compared to what it would have been if the lens broke.
