i'm not big on surprises, but life has a way of throwing one after another and even some at the same time (especially some gnarly curve balls). and i'm realizing more and more that how one deals with the unexpected, plays a big part in what follows after. in my life that means turning to God and relying on Him during these moments where i am caught unaware. i can already tell that the rest of this year will be filled with not so pleasant surprises, but i trust that God will get me through them.
