over the weekend, i whipped up this dish for brunch. there wasn't any real food in the kitchen, so i found whatever ingredients i could from the fridge and tried to make it work. as you might be able to tell, eggs, salmon, and avocados are pretty much staples in this household.


lemon pepper salmon over scrambled eggs and mashed potatoes; salmon, lemon pepper, butter, chili powder, salt, oil.



mini filo shells breakfast treats; mini fillo shells, eggs, cream cheese, mexican style four cheese blend, avocados, milk, pepper.
