happy hour at the open door, a small japanese izakaya restaurant.


the food was delicious-- we tried the truffle butter edamame; white truffle butter

and karaage chicken tenders; jidori chicken, japanese mayonnaise.



the dish with the scallops was my absolute favorite! ♥

baked scallops; bay scallop, whitefish, masago, yuzu, mayonnaise, shrimp chips.


glazed spicy pork belly; curry grits and sunny side up egg.
