guacamole adds a kick of color to any dish-- that's one reason i make it so often. it's pretty much the same thing as my salsa, but with more avocados. one, two, three, four.
mix the avocados and tomatoes with seasoning or simply, salt and pepper.
add a splash of lemon, lime, or limón juice.
and just a bit of cilantro. then just add it alongside any entree. in this case, i did a remake of the maple syrup salmon; salmon, maple syrup, soy sauce, salt, pepper, furikake, oil.
