there's just so much going on right now that it's hard to stay afloat-- so i've taken to wasting my time with settlers online. however, i managed to stay long enough to make mango salsa. ♥


i actually make salsa quite often because it only requires a few simple ingredients-- i usually have most of it at home or in my garden anyway. plus, it's easy to substitute ingredients!


mango salsa; mangos, tomatoes, onions, lemons, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper.


and in as little as fifteen minutes, it's all set and ready to eat (that's about as much time as it takes to win a 15 point game of settlers against the bots)!
