last weekend i had the pleasure of heading south to san diego with the family. it was a very slow and relaxed sort of trip-- not much of anything really, except the usual.


by that i mean, shopping and eating. not the most exciting, but still quite lovely.


and since it was a busy weekend, there were several detours along the way.


but it all worked out perfectly. in the end i still got some tacos-- calamari and salmon tacos!
