this weekend, i went downtown for unique la, the largest independent design show in the country! and it was by far, one of the best shows i've been to this year. the creativity, the colors, and the products blew my mind away. i wanted to buy almost everything i saw, but thankfully that didn't happen.



quite a few vendors sold handmade aprons with lovely prints featuring the popular owl,


while many more vendors featured super cute letterpress cards and prints.


i also thought that this cut out map of silverlake was absolutely stunning,


and that these paintings were pretty neat and colorful.


one of my favorite blogs also set up shop at the fair, so i had to stop by their booth!


i loved how this show supported all things made in america. it was also nice to see so many people out at the fair (there were hundreds, if not thousands, of people there). ♥
