i'm not a fan of potstickers, but i do enjoy dumplings. plus, they are super easy to make!


dumplings; ground meat, cabbage, green onions, dumpling skins, rice noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, water, salt, pepper.

mix the ground meat, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper together. scoop a half tablespoon into each dumpling skin-- wet the edges and fold.


then cook it in boiling water for about seven minutes.


in another pot, mix rice noodles, chicken broth, water, and salt until hot. finally, eat it together!
