tonight, i decided to take down the cactus that's been growing in the backyard for years-- it started off as one small stump and grew many arms. i took a shovel to it, and hacked away for at least an hour until i finished. i have to say, it's pretty hard work because the arms are so thick and heavy. ehh, now my right arm feels all weird.
